It is very important for us to achieve the best quality during the production phase. For this we apply a series of controls.

Fabric & Material control and tests: Samples taken from the fabric procured from supplier, are checked whether the fabric meets the desired type, color and quality specifications of our customer and if required, washing and shrinkage tests are performed.

Pattern & Marker and cutting controls: The prepared patterns and markers are checked and laid out, during which the fabric quality control and cutting is done.

Intermediate production controls: Inspection of products that are on the sewing lines. Size checks and quality control is performed on randomly selected samples.

Final control: General control of all finished products.

Post-production quality controls: A final quality check is done just before your order is shipped. Verifications are done for both the product and the packaging.

The products that pass all these stages are finally ironed, packaged and placed in the appropriate box sizes. Boxes are prepared for shipment by placing information forms on the box and, if necessary, wrapped in stretch films to avoid water ingress.
